Is it impossible to get a high limit secured credit card? Difficult, yes. But not impossible.

If you have a poor credit rating but need a card with a higher than normal limit, it is possible to get a secured card with a high limit. One downside to this is that you’ll need to deposit a considerable amount of your own capital with the card issuer in order to get access to a secured card with a high line of credit.

Applying for a high limit secured credit card can be a good way to go if you are trying to rebuild your credit history but still need a higher limit card to make large ticket purchases with (such as business related expenses).
